Zucchini flower fritters

I first had these in Nice maybe 25 years ago. I don’t really recall if I liked them all that much but I liked the idea. I don’t really care for zucchini, or at least I don’t care for much of it but I got a plant and put it in my garden just for the flowers. I filled them with cream cheese/goat cheese, dipped them in batter and deep fried them. 

They are good, not exactly mind blowing but the whole process was exotic, involved and the results were essentially good enough that I’d do it again. It’s do that or end up with a zillion zucchini and who the hell wants that?
