If you use a hand mixer with any regularity you need this thing. It’s a freelance splatter guard, fits on anything. And in my kitchen I need to protect my 4 billion dollar window blinds from being stained. (We can discuss the merits and/or demerits [mostly demerits] of my architect another time).
It’s a little ungainly but it will prevent your kitchen from being covered with dots of cream when you’re whipping it. Whip it good.
