First it was 400 gabillion inches of snow, then it was 400 gabillion degrees below zero. I like big weather. I like the snow. I don’t have to shovel. It’s pretty. It keeps my plants insulated. But here’s the catch; less than 4% of my neighbors have mufflers. Even less have snow tires, none of them have shovels in or near their cars apparently. So in the aftermath of snow my neighbors attempt to enter or leave their parking spaces by rocking back and forth and spinning their wheels. No mufflers + spinning wheels + rocking back and forth and back and forth is really really loud and annoying.
