Theoretically one is supposed to tear the romaine lettuce in a Caesar salad. And I imagine there is some reason for this. Like it catches the dressing more perfectly or something. But it’s a pain in the ass and caesar salads get pretty coated with dressing anyway. I made this one at my cottage 2, maybe 4 years ago. It’s one of my long lost posts. I don’t recall the salad but I am sure it was excellentemente. As we say in Mexico. I mean, what’s not to like?
