I couldn’t let that deliciousness go to waste. I cut up the cucumbers I had on hand and put them in the brine. I’m not exactly sure they’ll be as good but they’ll at least be OK and good enough is gut genug as we say in German. I impatiently ate one after 2 days. I need to learn patience.
