I so rarely get a good picture of a final meal that I felt compelled to post this. Irish Cream cheesecake with chocolate Irish Cream ganache. It was so good. The fact that it didn’t really taste at all like Irish Cream wasn’t really an issue. Well, it was an issue. There are always issues.
