Thanksgiving starts with stock

It’s not hard, it just takes a long time. Started on Monday roasting onions, carrots, celery, turkey necks and wings. By Thursday, after hours and hours in the barest of simmers on the stove and a night in the fridge, it was like jello. From there it becomes stuffing, gravy and finally soup. Patience, the most underrated virtue.
