My mother is a great source of on-the-edge-of-rotting bananas. And while I like, and like to make banana bread, my freezer already has at least 4 containers of banana mush in it. I just couldn’t put any more into it and so was forced into banana bread making action. It’s really easy enough to do and because I had also made a cake that same day, I knew I had leftover frosting and I was thinking tea sandwiches. I must say.
They were fabulous.
