Grilled corn reminder

Just in time for farm-fresh (HATE that expression) Wisconsin corn on the cob. The very best corn is grilled in the husk. Just like that. No soaking in water, no nothing. Just throw it on the grill until the husk is charred on all sides and then remove from the heat. The corn will continue to steam and stay hot for a very long time. Once it’s handleable, strip husks. Husks and silk (always an annoying problem when you’re removing the husk) comes down clean as a whistle. There is no better way to cook corn.
