Apparently the rules don’t apply to everyone

We stopped at the Indian store and got some dhokla for an Indian meal we (well, we, in the sense that it was the Royal Mounted Indian Food Control Police actually doing the work) were making for family. Dhokla, for those of you unfamiliar with the term, is something on the order of cornbread but made with chickpea flour. It is eaten cold, I am unclear on why. There were leftovers and I happened upon this scene. Someone eating dhokla with “Arizona Heat” mustard. This is a clear violation of the law as set forth in the Vedas and I guarantee that if I were engaged in this breach of Indian Food Rules there would be some sort of scene. Tsking, eye rolling and pained, patronizing expressions.
