I recycle my corks. I throw them into this big glass vase and take them to Whole Foods where they recycle them. Into what I don’t know. They may throw them away for all I know but I don’t care. I’ve done what I can. In the beginning of January when I began my Month of Pain (which is extending into its second month) I took my corks to WF and dumped them.
At the halfway point in January I have wine. In France they have the same thing in Lent. It’s called Mi-Careme. Careme being the French word for Lent. So there it is. My Mi-MOP cork. On February 1st.
