I happened to notice that I have 24 unpublished drafts on my blog posting list. So I’ve decided to fill in some empty spaces with some of these.
From December of 2014
My sister had me cut about 40,000 tomatoes for her annual mid-December party. It looked perfectly christmas-y and was really easy except for the cutting part. (I like cutting and chopping) She just puts them all on a platter, covers them with chopped basil and sliced olives and pours a bottle of Newman’s oil and vinegar dressing over the whole thing. This looks Christmas-y but will work in any season. FYI.
The leftovers (there wasn’t that much) the next day were delicious.
