I don’t know what it is but I haven’t been up to my usual Month-of-Pain slop. This, chicken and Brussels sprouts, was way the hell easier. I started in it on the stove in a sauté pan but finished it in the oven. Grabbing the screaming hot handle of the pan in the process and burning my hand. I’m wondering if that burns calories.
I tossed the Brussels sprouts with a little dijon mustard and they were amazing. I had a grapefruit for dessert : (
