I’ve got a bun in the oven

Well, 7 of them actually. Hamburger buns to be precise about it. These are so easy to make I wonder why anyone would buy them. And unlike French bread, they last a few days. The recipe was supposed to make 8 but somehow I mismeasured, shocking, I know. Although I was supposed to end up with 8, these are a little bigger and they are all equal. Or at least they all weigh the same. And according to the recipe they freeze well.

I’d put the recipe in here but not one person who reads this blog is gonna make them. I will though.
