For the last 12 hours, I made a zucchini pasta dish. I mean, I have the damn zucchini and am planning for an influx of them in the very near future so, you know, I’ve got to up my zucchini game.
This one was, on a scale of 1 to 10, a 5, I’d say. It was edible and the fresh herbs were nice but I had to slap myself twice to stay awake when I was eating it. Next time I’ll throw in some hot sauce. That always helps, or better yet I’ll use that damn Calabrese hot pepper relish, it’s hard to fall asleep when you’re screaming.
