I happened to notice that I have 24 unpublished drafts on my blog posting list. So I’ve decided to fill in some empty spaces with some of these.
Braised potatoes: post #801!
I’m really not sure what this was supposed to be. I mean it’s potatoes. And there are bay leaves and thyme involved but what I was planning with this post is lost to the sand drifts of time, of which I have many and they are drifting. My guess, though, is that this is the half boiling and then frying method of making potatoes. I love this method, it makes great potatoes. But I have to wait for fall. It’s summer. I hope. Soon. And potatoes need to be made on the grill or consumed in the form of the chip or salad. With slaw and BBQ.
