Leftover white wine

I’m not sure why I think this doesn’t work with red wine but then, on the other hand I’d rarely have any leftover red wine. Super delicious, insanely easy. Bnlss, sknlss chicken breast butterflied, saut├ęd briefly in butter, pan deglazed with wine and add a tablespoon of dijon mustard. Return the chicken to the pan and let it finish cooking for like 3 minutes.
