Nonstick pans

Theoretically this should just slide outa the pan. The pan I bought in Paris because of it’s non-stickedness. Yeah, no. It took a Herculean effort to get this out and it was a mess. It still tasted good —I coulda used some nice buttered toast. 

I wish I could eat like this everyday.

Peter makes breakfast

The classic breakfast, buttered toast, bacon and eggs. Maybe not the prettiest ( I did not make these) but it works for a morning’s worth of skiing. It is not anything I’d make for myself but I’m all over it if someone else wants to make it. 

I do sort of wonder, it’s called bacon and eggs, but toast is just as important.
