Slop at its most glorious

There was a package of meat at Outpost that was, to me anyway, not very recognizable as any particularly cut of meat. It was very lean, sliced into long thin strips and labled “stir fry.” I don’t have a wok (I regret leaving my 4 woks behind in the dissolution of a former household although I would not have anywhere to store them) and well, stir fries…I dunno. They’re a little 80s. So I threw the unidentifiable in a little pot with yellow pepper, a bay leaf and a TB of worcestershire sauce, stuck it in the oven for a few hours.

It was glorious.
