Rhubarb, meh

I have to say I have never made a “crisp.” And the idea of it doesn’t really appeal to me. But there’s just so much you can do with pie plant, another, more hillbilly-ish sounding name for rhubarb. I picked it this morning having had it deprived of light for the last month which is supposed to make it sweeter. There wasn’t as much of it as one might hope for and that’s just fine with me.
