I had a bunch of small bits and pieces of crap after a busy cooking day. I made soup. When it was done it was so damn boring that I added Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. It was vaguely less boring in the same way a navy blue pocket square might zip up your look if you’re wearing an ill-fitting gray poly-blend suit.
It was fine. It’s winter. It was snowing. Soup. Whatever.
