Earlier this growing season…I had a whole hella lot of radishes all at once. What do you do when you have too many radishes? Invent things. Radish slaw came to mind. Don’t bother. I found a recipe online that called for lime juice. Ugh. I ate it but I’ll eat anything. But, don’t try this at home.
