I really have no idea what kind of squash these are but I don’t really care since I bought them for the blossoms. Then, as it turns out there is only one blossom every few days. Which would be a plus if I really wanted to eat the squash (I don’t) I wouldn’t get so damn many. But to make squash blossom fritters you really need volume. You aren’t going to make just one or 2. You need lots of them to make the ordeal of french frying worth while. I suppose I will need to eat the damn things.
