Pie crusts

I have said on many occasions that I don’t like dairy case pie crusts. There’s just a smell to them I don’t care for. So I was pleased when my friend Carol invited us over for dinner and made Door County cherry pie and her crust was delicious. Except that, she admitted, it was Pillsbury. So much for my super sharp powers of snooty smelling ability.

I had the leftovers for 3 days and every bite was delicious.
