Little songs in flight. Seemed like as good a name as anything. I used Mexican Dulce de Leche, canned delicious caramel to fill the bottom of the ramekin and then topped it off with molten chocolate cake which is really nothing more than chocolate, eggs and sugar. They were just sublime. The caramel cascades down the sides of the squishy chocolate pudding cake. So easy and soooo dramatic.
