Peach tart, top 10

This was unbelievably easy to make and completely delicious. Bing bang boom. The crust, made with olive oil and milk loosely combined with flour, gets patted into a tart pan. The peaches, artistically arranged go right on top, no blind baking, and then a mixture of sugar, flour and butter just gets dumped on it.

I’m pretty sure it will work with many different fruits and imma find out. Really it was awesome.
