Peach pie re-do

Of course, I had to re-do the pie thing after my disaster a few weeks ago. I couldn’t let that failure pass. Yeah, this time it turned out perfectly. I know the filling looks a little gross but it all worked out. I used more sugar and tapioca as a thickener. And I made my own damn crust. You just gotta.

This was perfect with the caramel dulce de leche ice cream on it.
