I had a boat load of tomato olive salad left over. I don’t particularly like tomatoes after they’ve been refrigerated but they’ll work as uncooked pasta sauce. Unfortunately I didn’t have any of the right kind of pasta so I went with what I had, Creamette elbow macaroni (of which I have a box the size of a Buick). The pasta wasn’t quite what I had in mind but it was delicious.
I ate it right out of the pot.
