With the exception of the olives and capers, all ingredients in this closely-related-to-pasta alla Norma dish came from my garden. Woo hoo. I didn’t use anchovies and one could tell if one gave it some thought. I did not since I don’t like thinking about anchovies.
Nonetheless it was still good to great.
