Nectarine pie

The nectarine is as close to perfection as once can attain in the world of fruit. Excepting of course, the tomato, but we treat that as a vegetable so I’m discounting it. Personally, I prefer to eat it raw, over the sink with the juice dripping down like rain. But this nectarine pie is really good and when you buy your nectarines at Costco you have a few more than you can reasonably eat. If, like me, you live alone. So I made a pie. It was easy and awesome.

The recipe is here: This recipe tells you to leave the nectarine in halves. I dunno, that didn’t work for me theoretically so I cut it up.

That worked for me.
