Seemed like a good idea. It worked for the cherries why the hell not? I always forget though that I like nectarines more as raw fruit than in a pie. I mean, it was fine. But a ripe ice cold fruit is a lot better to my mind. The cheesecake part was lost, on me, anyway.
The latticework was good, the lackluster pie, not withstanding.
