Mexican mechoia

Culture shock. I made a north african grilled vegetable salad with Mexican spices. I mixed cumin (North African and Mexican), chili powder, garlic powder and brown sugar and tossed the vegetables with it. Peppers, onions, carrots, summer squash, green onions and pineapple. Really, it tasted pretty much like North African mechouia but with bits of sweet in there (pineapple).
