Leftover white wine

I’m not sure why I think this doesn’t work with red wine but then, on the other hand I’d rarely have any leftover red wine. Super delicious, insanely easy. Bnlss, sknlss chicken breast butterflied, sautéd briefly in butter, pan deglazed with wine and add a tablespoon of dijon mustard. Return the chicken to the pan and let it finish cooking for like 3 minutes.
