Jerk chicken, coconut rice with red peas, and citrus salad. I’m not sure but I think this may have been one of my best meals ever. The chicken was crunchy/spicylicious. The rice was great—it could have been mushier. I like rice and beans/peas mushy but I’ve been trained by a certain someone to make it light and fluffy. I survived.
The salad was freaking awesome. If I do say so myself. Oranges, grapefruit, peppers, arugula (the red cabbage was just for show), cilantro and basil. And the lime/honey/sesame oil vinaigrette was sensational.
