This meal was so fantastic. Potatoes, smoked beef brisket, white bean salad and lemon cucumbers. When I bought the brisket, the 2 guys at Kettle Range got into a not-quite-heated discussion about whether to smoke or braise it. One guy likes the smoke and the other likes the braise. The had a competition and had 60 family and friends and then a ballot. It was a dead tie. Thirty to thirty. So I did half and half, 4 hours in smoke and 4 hours of braise.
The key lime pie was good too.
