If the weather is nice enough

I can deep fry outside. Inside it’s just a misery so like many things, deep frying, for me, is seasonal. And as soon as I had the chance I made these fabulicious things. (you can see how to make them here—it’s a very short video). Sliced potatoes slow roasted in a loaf pan, refrigerated over night, cut into logs, and then deep fried. OMG.

Just another reason to love summer. In case you needed one.
