Grilled dessert. Pretty easy. Purchased pound cake, sliced fresh pineapple, make your own caramel, or buy it. Paint the pineapple with caramel sauce and grill (I sprinkled it with a little salt which was good. Once the it has some good grill makes let the pineapple marinate in its own juices and the rest of the caramel while you prepare the rest.
Butter the pound cake and grill it. Don’t walk away from it it doesn’t take but a few minutes. Put the pineapple on the pound cake, drizzle with juices/caramel sauce. Top with frozen custard.
