Grilled beets

As long as I was grilling I thought, what the hell, throw on a few beets. It was that easy. The small ones took 20 minutes and the biggest one 40 minutes on low but the skins slipped right off and I sliced them up, added some onions and a little butter. They were amazing. 

And the bonus is that I’m not going to get cancer from the damn thing.
