These “heirloom” tomatoes are TERRIBLE. I’ll eat nearly anything but not these (or anchovies). I put them in the compost. I could use them for sauce but I don’t really have the tomato volume one needs to make sauce. Maybe I’ll visit the right-wing Christian gun-nut farmer this weekend, buy 4 bushels and complicate my life even further.
