Dillicious indeed.

I still have enormous amounts of dill. I’m pretty much out of ideas now. I could make pickles. But I made Swedish meatballs. My mother’s recipe. Minus the soda cracker crumbs (carbs). And they were awesome, if somewhat hockey pucky.

So they were practically fat and carb free. Well, except for the noodles. But I only had a few of those.
