I love dill. There is dill in pickles, Swedish meatballs, pea soup and I don’t know what else. The problem is that you just can’t use it all that much. Even if you’re making a huge batch of something. Dill has a strong taste. But you can’t buy just a little. They sell massive bunches of it in the store when you only need a sprig or two. Why is that?
It depresses me to see it turn yellow and wilt away.
