Dear God, there’s going to be an execution

I bought an envelope of Vadouvan curry. It’s French curry. So many dictums, rules, decrees, laws and regulations were disobeyed, transgressed and ignored here that I fear I am in grave danger.

Apparently Vadouvan curry is not used like curry powder. It’s often in uncooked things like chicken salad. And not in India anyway. In France. But I cooked with it. I made curry with it. Cauliflower, peas, carrots, green peppers and chicken. With lime and dill. (I have a lot of dill.) It was awesome.

Technically it’s slop but once I made raita (also awesome) it sorta leaves that realm.
