I could say that desperate times call for desperate measures. But really, this is the kinda shit I just do and I do it all the damn time. Leftover dough + leftover chili = chili bao. I’d like to say that it was stupendous but it was just OK. I was able to make it better than OK but liberally dousing it with Choloula green pepper hot sauce. That shit crazy good.
