Chicken balls

I made these ground chicken meatballs for my French class once. Well, not exactly these since these were like vulcanized rubber. The ones I made a year ago were not. I really don’t know what the difference is. Except that these were giant instead of tiny which is the size the recipe suggests. God, what is it with recipes?

These are essentially half ground mushrooms and half ground chicken. The flavor was great. They didn’t taste a thing like vulcanized rubber. But I could have used them as spare tires. They were nearly that big anyway.

I ate them with Frank’s hot sauce and bottled ranch dressing. I’ll eat anything. Almost.
