I got this recipe from Sara Moulton….pound some boneless pork chops thin and then marinate them in buttermilk, garlic and hot sauce, bread and fry them. Or, as she says, sauté them. Meh. They were good enough but nothing to write home about. Or a blog really.
I might have to experiment with this. Seems to me that buttermilk and pork chops would definitely titillate the taste buds with the right seasonings.
