Brownies, not the biggest fan

And so I really don’t know what possessed me to make these. I thought (keyword) that it would be easy. And prompted by Martha Stewart, I made them, although not hers which were slow cooker brownies and what doesn’t appeal to me there is the rounded edges. I need square.

Six eggs beaten for 10 minutes with white and brown sugar. Two and a half sticks of butter melted and poured over 8 ounces of chocolate which is added to the creamed and now-fluffy eggs and then flour and cocoa powder folded gently into the batter. For chrissake.

Half way through they’re dusted with sea salt. They were delicious but more importantly, they were very tidy.
