A week later, entertaining another group of friends, I got more of those outstanding ribs and was hoping for a rerun of the charred ribs incident. But the char just never happened and I freaking got tired of standing at the grill but was afraid to leave the area in case there was flameover again and I had to tend to a grill engulfed in flames.They weren’t charred but they had cute grill marks and they were awesome anyway.
